1. Who we are HiringXray is a browser extension and website operated by Bolle Media Limited, based in the United Kingdom. Our website is hiringxray.com. By using HiringXray you agree to these terms.

2. What HiringXray does HiringXray is a browser extension that scans publicly visible job listing pages and provides heuristic analysis to help job seekers identify potential signals including posting age, application system friction, salary transparency and listing patterns. All analysis is automated and heuristic-based.

3. No guarantees of accuracy HiringXray provides indicators and signals to assist your decision making — it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any analysis. Specifically:

  • A listing flagged as a phantom listing or ghost job risk may be a genuine active vacancy
  • A listing not flagged may still be inactive, misleading or fraudulent
  • ATS friction ratings are based on known patterns and may not reflect your individual experience
  • Salary gap signals are based on what is or is not disclosed in the listing text

You should use HiringXray as one input among many when evaluating job opportunities. We accept no liability for decisions made based on HiringXray analysis.

4. Acceptable use You may use HiringXray for personal, non-commercial job searching purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the extension
  • Use the extension to scrape, aggregate or resell job listing data
  • Use the extension for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the extension

5. Intellectual property All code, content, branding and design associated with HiringXray is owned by [Your Name / Company Name]. The HiringXray name, logo and tagline are proprietary. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

6. Third party platforms HiringXray operates on third party job board websites including but not limited to Reed, eFinancialCareers, TotalJobs, Indeed and Greenhouse. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any of these platforms. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties HiringXray is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with all versions of Chrome or all job board websites.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, [Your Name / Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of HiringXray, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, application decisions or reliance on extension output.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of HiringXray shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
